With one EP and a few single song releases already on her resume singer and songwriter, Madison McWilliams has garnered over a million views on YouTube and over 1.5 million streams on playlists with her edgy stylings. Now Madison is showing her evolution from blossoming artist to a force to be reckoned with. Her new song and accompanying video for “Hurt Me” is out now.

For her new musical vision, she joined forces with songwriter Lisa Scinta and Adam Pallin aka 1-900, record producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. “I can’t wait to share this new chapter of my music. I wrote “Hurt Me” with Lisa Scinta and Adam Pallin, collaborators who helped solidify my new sound. “Hurt Me” is a song about moving on. It tells a story of trying to get revenge and realizing that hurting someone else only causes you more pain.” Explains Madison

Recently legendary songwriter, Billy Steinberg (Madonna, Whitney Houston, Cyndi Lauper), recognized Madison as the “One To Watch” in his 2019 interview with Live Nation.

From Austin, TX, she began singing and playing piano at a young age, then studying and performing Italian opera and musical theatre throughout her school years. She’s spent her formative years writing, recording and honing her craft. Between sharpening her musical abilities, she continues to devour art of all forms.

Madison also hopes to use her platform to create positive change. She is an official Make-A-Wish ambassador and wrote her song “Fighter” as a tribute to the Make-A-Wish Children. She headlined Make A Wish’s World Wish Day in 2017 and Macy’s BELIEVE Campaign and Annual Wish Night in 2018.

She is an official spokesperson for the Art of Kindness campaign, which is partnered with Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and she plans to continue with her ongoing efforts to support HAAM – Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, who provides access to affordable healthcare for Austin’s low-income working musicians.

With “Hurt Me” the young artist expands creatively and showcases her deep, expressive vocals as she delivers the words with a poise and an emotional poignancy that belie her years.
